windows cannot find any valid language packs 2008 r2, if you get this error while adding a language pack on 2008 r2 standard edition then use following steps.
Following language pack also applies to Server 2008 R2 Standard Edition.
Please note that if your server has Service Pack 1 (SP1), then please download this version: also if your server is Service pack2 or R2 this can be use.
